The LEGO approach to implementing O365

The world of IT (and the teams that support it) IS changing – how we implement new technology IS changing – how we adapt and mature our users IS changing.

So – how do you plan to change with it?

  • How do you approach a simple, effective digital transformation – getting the most from the Office 365 offering, while not overwhelming your people?
  • How do change from traditional big bang or waterfall implementations that simply do not work?
  • What do you do when and how – and most importantly – why to get people engaged with this New Way of Working, using the tools but also making the behavioural changes you need to instill?

Taking the LEGO approach – you can go for one big design, highly engineered – follow instructions to the letter and gain the final product only on completion – this could be by buying a package, assuming a templated , ONE SIZE FITS ALL approach will do!

OR

You could look at the simple pieces that can be put together in various ways to suit the individual  -complex or simple, iterative, easily changed, usable solutions along the way as maturity increases.

And that’s the approach we want to share! Lots of stories to tell 🙂

Key takeaways

  1. Learn how best to utilise your technology and how this can be done bit by bit – and while eating your own dog food
  2. Understand the importance of education and awareness OVER building, developing and configuring Office 365
  3. Learn how to implement, train, and provide ongoing support to continue the momentum
