She is passionate about helping organisations uplift their employee experience by unlocking the potential of technology and by managing change in an engaging and dynamic way that focuses on the people going through the transformation. Kat specialises in employee experience, change management, and facilitation, and brings a unique perspective through experience and qualifications achieved both in Australia and Denmark.
