Ben Mountain is the Principal Digital Workplace Lead at Watercare, responsible for leading a team of Digital Workplace Specialists, that combine the traditional IT Desktop Support role with future focused Office 365 productivity tools expertise. He is passionate about designing and delivering simple but effective solutions with “out of the box” Office 365 tools that facilitate business communication and collaboration, helping to break down information silos. Leading this team, Ben loves having the opportunity to drive innovative new ways of working and to ultimately help Watercare users work less but do more in their day.
Through the change delivered as part of the Digital Workplace Programme, the team’s goal is to give everyone at Watercare an hour back in their week, every week. The session Ben will present focuses on phase one, the highs and lows of implementing Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, and how we supported our users through this change.
