Justine is the Group Information Services Manager at Beca, a professional services and consultancy company of 3500 staff, head quartered in Auckland and with offices throughout New Zealand, Australia and SE Asia. Her role during her time at Beca has involved supporting the implementation and support of document mgt systems and supporting training and processes. She has led the design and development programme for a knowledge centre of technical best practice and lessons learnt for engineering and other professional services at Beca. More recently Justine has championed the upgrade and migration of the Intranet over to SharePoint. Justine now provides leadership on a companywide programme for the implementation of a replacement to Becas document management system which has its foundation in O365 and SharePoint. This work has focused on the development of a detailed change strategy, supporting policy framework and a comprehensive user training programme. Justine follows a strong user centred approach to her work which requires a careful balance between user expectations and leveraging best value from the ever changing technology available.
